Perhaps it should first be said that these books were all academic journals that had served their purpose and were headed to recycling. The series of House Books are all Persuasions Journals that I read when they arrived, and again before I cut them up. I think there is a possibility that each one was read more attentively than most other academic journals. The House Books include a single house, a street of houses, a village, neighbours (an old house and an infill, as describes my neighbourhood), apartments, a nest (inspired by people who are experiencing an empty nest) and a functioning faerie house. The Prairie Harvest and Village-by-the sea books were International Relations journals. The Butterfly Life Cycle and Pileated Woodpecker were economics journals. I started making these books in August 2022. It is an on-going project.
